Scott C. Barber, Secretary                                           

As a Principal and Financial Advisor with Bernstein Global Wealth Management, Mr. Barber's practice is focused on providing investment planning for high net worth individuals, families, foundations and endowments, and business investment portfolios.  

Mr. Barber earned his degree from Duke University, attending on a four-year Naval ROTC scholarship as well as a New Jersey State Golf Association Scholarship. 

After graduating from Duke University, Scott served as a commissioned officer achieving the rank of Captain in the United States Marine Corps.  Mr. Barber's leadership responsibilities took him around the globe, including operations in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, the former Soviet Union, and Europe, routinely working alongside American and Allied Special Forces units, Joint Special Operations units and other U.S. Government agencies.

Prior to joining Bernstein, Mr. Barber lived in New York and Dallas, Texas, and was Vice President of sales for Perot Systems Corporation and a senior analyst for Perot Investment Group, responsible for supporting the Perot family's private investments.

Mr. Barber also supports the Special Olympics, the Marine Corps Heritage foundation, the USMC Law Enforcement Foundation, the Duke University Alumni Association in Durham, North Carolina, and the Delbarton School Alumni Association in Morristown, New Jersey.  Mr. Barber is a member of Jupiter Hills Club and in his spare time enjoys golfing, fishing, and restoring 1968 to 1970 vintage American muscle cars.  Scott and his wife, Rachael, have one daughter and reside in Juno Beach, Florida.
